Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own custody MVP and phased roadmap covering retail and corporate custody use cases

  • Translate the custody operating model into epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

  • Drive prioritisation and dependency management across Ripple, cloud infrastructure, security, and channel teams

  • Act as the single delivery authority across external vendors and internal ADCB technology and business teams

  • Own go‑live readiness, including operational controls, cutover planning, regulatory conditions, and risk sign‑offs

  • Ensure end‑to‑end delivery aligns with security, compliance, and architectural standards

  • Provide regular delivery status, risk, and dependency reporting to senior stakeholders

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Core Competencies (Trading / Investments Equivalent)

    • Product ownership of regulated platforms

    • End‑to‑end transaction lifecycle ownership (custody equivalent of order‑to‑settlement)

    • Strong dependency, delivery, and vendor management in multi‑party ecosystems

    • Ability to balance speed of delivery with regulatory and security constraints


    Technologies / Platforms (incl. shortlisted)

    • Jira / Azure DevOps (backlog, sprint, and delivery management)

    • Ripple Custody APIs

    • ADCB integration and channel platforms

    • Cloud, security, and enterprise integration platforms supporting custody operations


    Skillset / Experience

    • Proven Technical Product Owner experience within banking domains such as payments, trading, custody, or digital wallets

    • Strong ownership of API‑driven integrations and non‑functional requirements (security, resilience, performance)

    • Hands‑on experience working with crypto, security, risk, and compliance teams

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors and internal teams in parallel delivery tracks

    • Comfortable operating in highly regulated environments with audit and regulatory oversight
