Pharos Solutions in its Alexandria branch is looking for a Product Owner with the following requirements

Must have:

• 1-2 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role within a software development environment.
• A solid understanding of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with basic project management principles and tools.
• Certifications are a plus: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) or a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Fluency in English (German is a plus).

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Define and prioritize the product backlog: You ll work with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize features, user stories, and bugs to ensure the development team is always working on the most valuable tasks.
• Write clear and concise user stories: You will be responsible for creating detailed user stories with acceptance criteria that effectively communicate requirements to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You ll be the key liaison between stakeholders, designers, and developers, ensuring everyone is aligned on the project vision and goals.
• Participate in agile ceremonies: You ll be an active participant in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Project Management: You will be responsible for overseeing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with various teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
• Accept completed work: You ll review and accept completed work from the development team to ensure it meets the defined criteria and quality standards.
• Monitor project performance: You ll help track key metrics and user feedback to inform future project decisions.
