Job Overview:

The Product Owner (PO) is responsible for defining and delivering high-quality products that align with business goals and meet customer needs. The PO acts as a liaison between the business, customer stakeholders, and development teams, ensuring product requirements are clear, well-prioritized, and successfully executed. They play a key role in managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and drive continuous improvement based on feedback and analytics.

1. Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with key stakeholders (product managers, executives, customers) to define the product vision and roadmap.
2. Translate the vision into a clear, actionable strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
3. Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, market trends, business needs, and technical feasibility.
4. Clearly articulate user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria to development teams.
5. Work with the Scrum Master and development teams to ensure proper sprint planning and successful execution.
6. Lead the process of building and delivering new features, products, or enhancements, ensuring the team delivers high-value increments on time.
7. Make trade-off decisions to balance technical, business, and customer requirements.
8. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products to ensure product competitiveness.
9. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of the product and its features.
10. Use data-driven insights to iterate on the product and improve user experience and business outcomes.
11. Work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, QA, marketing, and sales to ensure product success.
12. Work with UX/UI designers to ensure the product is user-friendly and meets customer expectations.

1. Key Qualifications:

1. Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. 2 - 5 years of experience in a Product Owner or similar role (Product Manager, Business Analyst, etc.), preferably in an Agile environment.
3. Tech background is a must
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana, Aha!).
6. Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively.
7. Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform product decisions.
