Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Owning the product management process from request collection to feature release. Collecting and analyzing product feedback from Operations, factory users, and implementation activities. Drafting clear user stories, acceptance criteria, feature requirements, and supporting details. Managing and updating the product roadmap. Prioritizing development tasks based on business value, client impact, operational importance, and technical feasibility. Following up daily with developers on implementation progress, blockers, and task resolution. Providing developers with operational context, workflows, examples, formulas, and clarifications. Creating simple mockups, user flows, or process maps to explain requirements. Monitoring feature usability using qualitative and quantitative feedback. Validating completed features through acceptance testing before release. Identifying bugs, missing cases, usability issues, and improvement opportunities before and after release. Preparing release notes, help text, FAQs, screenshots, and user education materials. Maintaining clear product documentation, roadmap updates, released features, pending improvements, and decision history. Presenting product updates, feature progress, and recommendations to the CEO and relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 2–4 years of experience in Operations, Product Management, Business Analysis, or a similar role
  • BSc. in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field
  • Background in factory operations or production environments is a plus
  • Able to turn business and client needs into clear product requirements and user stories
  • Good understanding of product roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable following up with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
  • Familiar with usability principles and product improvement cycles
  • Fluent in Arabic and English – written and spoken
  • A team player who can work across Tech, Operations, clients, and leadership
  • Experience with tools like ClickUp, Jira, Figma, or Miro is a plus
  • Experience in garment manufacturing, MES, SaaS, or industrial tech is a strong plus
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup with shifting priorities
