Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and user-focused Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. As the Product Owner, you will be responsible for maximizing the value of the product by managing the product backlog, defining features, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the product backlog: Define, prioritize, and refine the backlog in alignment with product strategy and business goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer: Ensure product decisions are grounded in user feedback, analytics, and market research.
• Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with business, UX/UI designers, developers, and QA teams to deliver valuable product increments.
• Define clear requirements: Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and ensure shared understanding among the development team.
• Lead agile ceremonies: Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Release planning: Collaborate with Product Managers on roadmap development and contribute to sprint and release planning.
• Track and measure performance: Monitor product KPIs, feature adoption, and customer satisfaction to inform future improvements.
  
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in an agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Familiarity with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Aha!
• Analytical mindset with a data-informed decision-making approach.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
