Role & responsibilities:

• Previously working experience in Agile as Product Owner.
• Product owner certification from Scrum alliance (good to have).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Owner.
• Previously working experience in retail banking or fintech experience.
• Familiar with retail banking related terminologies and process.
• Analytical and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and experience in Microsoft tools like Excel, Powerpoint.
• Self-motivated team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and in a multitasking environment.
• Innovative and has ability to think out of the box.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills relying on full set of quantitative & qualitative data.
• Very good verbal and written communication skills.

• Product roadmap and prioritization.
• User centric design and Usability.
• Continuous Improvement and adaptation.
