Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end stablecoin product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the company's Global Account offering.

Define, prioritize, and deliver features across treasury management, mint/burn flows, and cross-border settlement infrastructure.

Lead partner and vendor integrations to ensure seamless, compliant interoperability.

Collaborate with engineering, compliance, and business teams to optimize on/off-ramp UX and settlement processes.

Monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and regulatory trends to drive continuous improvement.

Ensure product compliance with Sharia and local/global digital asset regulations.

Evangelize stablecoin product strategy internally and externally to align stakeholders and drive adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience owning stablecoin, crypto-rails, or digital asset/treasury infrastructure products end-to-end.

Deep understanding of cross-border payments, digital asset flows (mint/burn/on-off ramp), and stablecoin economics.

Strong product leadership and stakeholder management skills in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Demonstrated ability to deliver compliant, scalable, and secure financial products.

Ability to shape product strategy and roadmap, balancing business, technical, and regulatory constraints.

Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Startup mindset: bias for action, adaptability, and shipping fast in uncertain environments.
