Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a Product Owner to lead the delivery of customer requirements and ensure seamless integration within technology plans. This role involves managing small to medium-sized projects, acting as the primary technology contact for customers, and driving continuous business development. You will oversee requirements gathering, project planning, and risk management while ensuring customer satisfaction and timely delivery.
- Own the delivery process for customer requirement projects and ensure satisfaction with deliverables.
- Act as the technology partner and single point of contact for timelines and scope.
- Manage proposal formulation, requirements documentation, planning, and reporting.
- Conduct feasibility studies and technology evaluations to align with market standards.
- Liaise with business domains to capture requirements and translate them into detailed project briefs.
- Coordinate with stakeholders during concept formation and proposal development.
- Document user stories, scenarios, and workflows using diagrams and wireframes.
- Train clients on delivered solutions and provide ongoing support.
- Identify customer pain points and propose enhancements for improved experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software/Systems/Telecom Engineering or equivalent.
- 6+ years of professional experience in IT, including 2+ years in software development and architecture.
- Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and process documentation.
- Expertise in development technologies (Java, JavaScript, Python, VB) and object-oriented programming.
- Familiarity with portals, Java solutions, robotics, automation, hosting, and IT operations.
- Experience with Scrum framework and ITIL best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, set priorities, and deliver projects effectively.
- Advanced product ownership and agile delivery practices.
- Strategic business analysis and stakeholder management.
- Technology evaluation and integration across multiple domains.
- Enhanced communication and leadership skills in a global setting.
Desired Candidate Profile
