JOB OVERVIEW

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives, milestones, and timelines.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive insights. Analyze data and customer feedback to inform product decisions and prioritize feature development.
Product Planning and Prioritization: Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with design and development teams. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
Agile Project Management: Employ agile methodologies to lead cross-functional teams in product development sprints. Conduct regular stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
User Experience and Testing: Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and visually appealing product experiences. Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
Product Launch and Optimization: Coordinate product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, and marketing collateral. Continuously monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for optimization and enhancement.
Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and updates. Clearly communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management, marketing teams, and development teams.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including design, development, marketing, and supply chain. Collaborate effectively to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
Management reporting: Collate and report data to the leadership from time to time.
Martech: Drive Martech integrations such as setting up tags/pixels, supporting the IT team is setting up dashboards, managing analytics tools such as Google Analytics etc
