Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Must have 8+ years of experience

  2. Mandatory Banking experience (Onboarding, CMS, Lending, Cards etc)

  3. PSPO1/2 certification is good to have

  4. Knowledge of Scrum Metrics (Application-level knowledge)

  5. Hands on Stakeholder Mapping experience

  6. Advanced knowledge of Release Management, Release planning & Release Coordination

  7. Working experience with JIRA (including Dashboarding and Reporting)

  8. Excellent Communication & Consultative Skills

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field is required, providing a strong foundation for understanding banking operations.
  • Possess relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certifications to demonstrate knowledge of product ownership.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, specifically within the banking or financial services industry, to understand the banking domain.
  • Extensive experience in developing and launching digital banking products, including mobile apps, online banking platforms, and payment solutions, is essential.
