Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are recruiting a highly operational Product Owner , strongly product-oriented (and not project-oriented) , capable of managing daily delivery and sustainably embedding a product culture within the teams.
The PO will be involved in the entire product cycle , from discovery to delivery , with a strong focus on quality, prioritization and agile execution .
Key skills expected:
Strong product knowledge , mastery of product frameworks (project-driven profiles excluded)
Complete management of the product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, user story writing, delivery
Excellent command of Agile Scrum and effective facilitation of rituals
Advanced expertise in Jira & Confluence tools (backlog structuring, tracking, visibility)
Experience in agile teams organized into squads
Mastery of agile standards: DoR, DoD, acceptance criteria, management metrics
Strong ability to structure, prioritize, and break down functional tasks
Knowledge of Fintech, banking, or regulated environments is highly valued.
