To actively promote the products offered by HORIZON (perfumes, cosmetics, tobacco, confectionery, accessories, etc.) to customers, at the entrance or inside the Free Shop, through demonstration operations, product presentation and tasting.

• Actively welcome clients with a neat, professional and dynamic presentation, aiming for a daily number of clients approached in line with defined objectives.
• Promote current products through demonstrations (spraying, tasting, sampling, product testing), optimizing the trial rate and customer interaction.
• Highlight different brands or product lines each day or according to ongoing campaigns, while respecting the marketing schedule.
• Clearly present the characteristics and advantages of the promoted products (composition, origin, positioning, price), with a mastery of the product argument assessed regularly.
• Collect customer feedback (preferences, comments, reactions) and pass it on to the marketing department to adapt sales actions.
• Maintain the entertainment area clean, organized and attractive, according to merchandising standards (alignment, visibility, hygiene).
• Ensure the restocking of samples or test products and participate in the rotation of items in connection with sales flows.
• Collaborate closely with salespeople, the supervisor and marketing, incorporating feedback into facilitation practices.
