Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage & Drive proposition and Marketing for the Wealth Channel- Value proposition and marketing/visibility of the proposition/Customer engagement

Drive Acquisition strategy for MG and Private bank (Internal and External)

Cross sell product, retention of Mortgage

Lead Projects and Initiatives within RBG for Wealth Segment

Portfolio Management, Business Planning and reporting for PB and MG

Develop and implement sales management tools

Manage service pillars for PB and MG, Initiate automation and digitization of process and work closely with lean on AGILE

Employee engagement and VOE for both the segment (PB/MG)

Developing and Driving the Value proposition across Gold and Private Bank

Drive Acquisition strategy for New to Bank clients for Private banking and Gold segment

Explore various foreign bank platform in UAE for tie up for local banking requirement of their client base

Customer engagement, developing proposition for engagement of PB and MG clients

Manage Client events, promos, NTB campaigns, Internal and External Contests

Sales MIS, KPI tracking for PB and MG, business planning and Management reporting for PB and MG

Developing and Implementing of Sales Incentive plan for RM/AM/VRM/Hunters, Other business incentive plan (IAs, CSMs), Cross sell KPI's and Incentive payout and on-going monitoring and execution for both PB and MG

Mortgage Cross sell to PB and MG base with Retention Management for both segment

Portfolio Analytics on regular basis for PB and MG to take strategic and Tactical decisions regular segmentation of base for productivity enhancement and penetration

Lead wealth related initiatives and projects i.e. AGILE, Sales Management automation and Digitization of process

Set up and Manage service model for Gold segment and monitoring of processes and service control for the model

Manage onboarding process and adherence to policy across all channels for PB and MG client and ensure rightful onboarding of client and credit to channel and seamless mapping of RM in rightful manner

Expand the delivery of products and ensure higher product penetration in the customer base

Set up a referral models for different business within PB and Gold segment and vice versa for higher revenue generation

Work with product managers and develop other Fee income

Seamless migration of clients between segments and adjustment of budgets

Overall portfolio management, generation of detailed and segment MIS and carrying out appropriate analytics to ensure ongoing guidance to the sales teams and develop dashboard for frontline management

Carry out ongoing competitor intelligence for management awareness

Work closely with the process and system development manager to ensure the systems and processes are geared to cater to the ongoing business requirements, product parameters and evolving customer needs.

Manage Employee Engagement and VOE for PB and Gold Segment

BIU engagement, identify and execute client and business opportunities and track effectiveness via portfolio analytics

Marketing engagement, Intranet & External website updates and client marketing on social media

Desired Candidate Profile

At least 10+ years of relevant banking, wealth and sales experience out of which at least 2/3 years in a similar managerial position

Understanding of wealth proposition is a pre requisite

Ability to work well in a team and build strong network / relationships within and outside the organization.

Very Strong Analytical skills and ability to identify opportunities and help manage increase the revenue from hidden opportunities

Ability to plan and organize service aspect and customer experience of the channel, Ability to lead and manage team
