Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
What You Will Do
• Conduct thorough testing of manufactured products to validate quality and performance, collaborating with Product Marketing to ensure alignment with specifications.
• Track and manage the product qualification process from receipt of goods to post-packaging, bringing up delays to meet deadlines in partnership with Plant Operations.
• Monitor New Product Introduction (NPI) batch creation, coordinating with Manufacturing, Marketing Data Integration, Customs and Global Trade, Logistics, and Cost teams.
• Implement data quality checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of stored data, proactively escalating discrepancies to maintain standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during product qualification and batch creation, working with cross-functional teams to maintain process efficiency.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment, performing routine checks to ensure accurate and reliable results in collaboration with Manufacturing teams.
• Adhere to local plant quality control measures, ensuring consistency and reliability across the manufacturing process.
• Document test procedures, results, and deviations, generating detailed reports for internal and external partners.

• A Technician Degree or equivalent in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Textiles)
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a technical environment?
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, global team environment with good knowledge of the English language?
• Capacity to work within schedules and meet deadlines consistently
Nice to Have
• Experience in manufacturing or quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) or batch creation workflows.
• Advanced computer skills, including experience with data management or quality control software.
• Knowledge of global trade, logistics, or cost management processes.
