Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Implement Quality Assurance tools, Pareto charts, causal analyses, surveys, performance indicators, and in particular monitoring of products, procedures and processes.
Promote flight safety and contribute to SMS risk reduction.
Contribute to the industrialization process and ensure the conformity of deliverables (APQP)
Communicating on the level of Quality performance.
Improve the processes within its scope.
Implement monitoring plans by integrating the evaluation of the effectiveness and sustainability of corrective and preventive actions.
Share monitoring results and update the database and KPIs
To manage or support quality surveys (8D, RPO, SDR, etc.)
Participate in the implementation of the internal audit plan
Raising staff awareness of procedures, quality standards and their evolution
Share lessons learned related to risks and events that occurred
Participate in SMS reviews and lead the meeting with sector representatives for risk analysis, implementation and monitoring of action plans.
Supporting production teams and monitoring the implementation of quality instructions, their evolution, and their adoption by the various departments
Processing amendment and exemption requests
