Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and Participate in problem-solving groups 

Participate in QRQC routines

Process and monitor non-conformities relating to products and processes in the workshop

Monitor compliance with customer, normative and regulatory requirements within its scope

Follow up on action plans resulting from problem solving

Establish and/or update instructions and control recording sheets

Stop any production operation that poses a risk to product quality

Conduct product audits

Lead and/or manage risk analyses

Monitor staff qualifications

Participate in the qualification of the processes

Suggest improvements within the scope of the workshop to which it belongs

Monitor internal indicators
