Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Leading and participating in problem-solving groups

Address and track product and process non-conformities

Monitor compliance with customer, normative and regulatory requirements within its scope

Monitor the action plans resulting from problem-solving.

Establish and/or update the control instructions and recording sheets

Stop any production operation that poses a risk to product quality

Conducting product audits

Facilitating and/or managing risk analyses

Ensure the monitoring of staff qualifications

Participate in the qualification of the processes

Monitor internal indicators
