Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description 

  • Ensure product compliance with customer, regulatory and normative requirements (PART 21, EN 9100).
  • Supervise quality control activities (receiving, production, product release) and ensure complete traceability.
  • Managing the handling of non-conformities and root cause analyses (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa).
  • Deploy and monitor corrective and preventive actions as well as deviations.
    Monitor quality performance indicators (KPIs) and manage associated action plans.
  • Provide interface with clients (audits, complaints, quality incident management).
  • Manage the quality teams and promote a strong quality and customer culture within the site.

Desired Candidate Profile

Job Requirements

Bac+5 degree (aeronautical engineering, mechanical engineering, quality engineering or equivalent)

Minimum 3 years' experience in a demanding industrial sector

Knowledge of customer requirements in aeronautics, quality tools, EN 9100, PART 21 standards

Leadership, rigor and a sense of responsibility

Analytical mindset and solution orientation

Excellent communication (clients, authorities)
