Roles & Responsibilities

 PRODUCT QUALITY MANAGER


Ensure the monitoring of products and processes in the serial phase.

Manage the product quality team.

Coaching the AQP team on problem-solving

Actively participate in audits

Ensure the proper application of the non-conformity handling process within the organization

Propose and manage improvement projects

Declining the operational objectives for the team

Ensure the management of versatility and the qualification of processes

Ensure the escalation of any incident posing a potential risk to the client

To lead skills development initiatives for one's team

To measure the quality of products and services provided in relation to defined objectives
