Product Quality Technician FH
Job Description
- In the event of a quality incident (export or internal), manage the implementation of security actions in consultation with the UI IQP until the effectiveness is verified and contribute to the feedback.
- Establish and display quality alerts and/or safety sheets at the workstation in consultation with the IQP.
- Participate and contribute to the dispute committees.
- To provide support for characterizing defects for customer feedback or alerting the supplier.
- Process FFTPs up to the CLOS status.
- Prepare the monthly data needed to update the KPIs (IQ3/IQ4).
- Keep up to date the quality indicators displayed at the QRQC level 1 level (production line).
- Manage the sending and repatriation as well as the verification of archived/archived documents.
- Proximity support to the production line in the non-conformity handling process.
- Ensure the backup of the IQP in case of absence.
Job Requirements
- Good mastery of measuring instruments: caliper, micrometer, profile projector.
- Knowledge of quality tools and methods: 5 Whys, 8D, FMEA, Ishikawa, etc.
- Rigour, analytical skills, organisation and good communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word); knowledge of metrology software is a plus.

- A good sense of the field and a taste for workshop work.
- Ability to step back and prioritize in the face of quality emergencies.
- Proficiency in interpreting plans and technical specifications.
- Autonomy, reliability and team spirit.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bac+2 Bac+3 training: BTS, DUT or equivalent diploma in a technical or quality field. Prior experience in product quality control is preferred, but motivated beginners may be accepted depending on the position.
