Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary technical and clinical expert for endoscopy, medical imaging, and sports medicine product lines.

  • Provide in-depth product demonstrations, training, and support to healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute product strategies and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Support the sales process by delivering technical presentations and addressing product-related inquiries.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of medical imaging and endoscopy equipment.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to inform product development and improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in medical conferences, workshops, and exhibitions to represent the company and showcase products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry advancements, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to product performance, customer interactions, and market trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Science, or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in a product specialist, application specialist, or similar role within the medical device industry.
  • Strong knowledge of endoscopy, medical imaging, and sports medicine .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to provide technical training and support to healthcare professionals.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites, hospitals, and industry events as required.
  • Good in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant medical software applications.
