Promotes the products according to the line strategy to achieve monthly and yearly targets

Performs effective calls for physicians and pharmacies using selling techniques, handling objections and negotiation skills

Identifies new opportunities and establishes relations with healthcare professionals in both own and at the national level

Coordinated with salesmen and salesmen supervisor in their assigned areas and at the national level as needed

Coaching new team members to help them achieve results and monitors their evolution and weekly visits as needed

Conducts product training to new / other team members as needed

Conduct market research and consolidates information to understand the competitive landscape, customer needs and product positioning

Executes business plans to achieve sales targets, considering market trends and competition, and along regular business reviews to ensure the good conduct of the business

Attends conferences and exhibits and company events as needed

Maintains detailed record and pro-active reporting

Achieves required KPI on the CRM system

Adherence with organizational laws and regulation

Performs other related duties as assigned

Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies

Fostering long-term connections with key opinion leaders
