Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance the company sales relationship with its end users in the health sector.
- Conduct market research, analyze market trends, identify opportunities and increase company revenue.
- Maintain knowledge of product range, develop sales, price and profitability strategies, and recommend improvements.
- Ensure an excellent product delivery through answering all product-related questions.
- Assist with new product launches and perform product demonstrations.
- Maintain activity details on a CRM system.
- Provide an excellent customer service experience by meeting clients needs, ensuring the timely delivery of products, offering after sales support and maintaining a good business relationship with end users
- Report any irregularity/ discrepancy.
- Actively collaborate with colleagues within the company
- Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Direct Manager

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications
- BA Degree, preferably in Biomedical Engineering
- Proficiency in MS Office, with exceptional knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Project and Task Management tools
- 1-2 Years of Sales knowledge/ experience in the Medical Field
- A good command in English and Arabic, and an effective negotiator
