Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer account management.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing tailored support.
- Deliver effective laboratory solutions to meet customer goals.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Develop strategic business plans to capture new market opportunities.
- Collaborate with key opinion leaders to enhance product visibility.
- Engage with existing customers to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and field teams.
- Monitor key account metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales or account management in medical devices.
- Strong knowledge of laboratory practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and offer customized solutions.
- Experience with training sessions and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
