Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Knowledge & Expertise

Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on assigned medical device products.

Deliver in-depth product training to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Stay updated with clinical data, regulatory changes, and competitor activities.

2. Sales Support & Strategy

Support the sales team with product presentations, demos, and clinical evaluations.

Assist in identifying new market opportunities and customer needs.

Collaborate on sales strategies and promotional activities.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including surgeons, physicians, nurses, and procurement teams.

Provide technical and clinical support during product trials, surgeries, or procedures.

Address customer feedback and manage post-sale inquiries.

4. Marketing & Product Launches

Assist in planning and executing product launches, including training, events, and promotional campaigns.

Gather field intelligence on product performance, customer satisfaction, and market trends.

Collaborate with marketing to develop localized materials (brochures, presentations, case studies).

5. Training & Education

Organize and conduct workshops, seminars, and in-service training for HCPs and internal teams.

Participate in scientific conferences and industry exhibitions to represent the company and its products.

6. Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure all activities comply with local healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and company policies.

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to clinical evaluations and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience:

1 5 years of experience in a similar role within the medical device, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience working in a clinical environment (e.g., operating room support) is a plus.
