Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, providing expert guidance to internal teams and clients.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and optimize travel products, including hotel, tour, flight, and pilgrimage packages.

Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.

Support the implementation and continuous improvement of online booking systems and mobile applications.

Conduct product training sessions for sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure comprehensive product knowledge.

Monitor product performance metrics and generate regular reports to inform strategic decisions.

Assist in the creation of marketing materials and product documentation to effectively communicate features and benefits.

Coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure product offerings are competitive and meet quality standards.

Address and resolve product-related issues, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies relevant to travel products.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-4 years of experience in product management, product support, or a related role within the travel or hospitality industry.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Familiarity with online booking systems, mobile applications, or travel technology platforms.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Ability to work on-site in a collaborative office environment.

Experience working with cross-functional teams including operations, sales, and engineering.
