Global Objective
Provide comprehensive, efficient and timely support to our customers through the investigation of software query issues on our Back office application.
Build working relationships with existing team and clients, maintain a high level of client satisfaction, and adhere to Linedata's objectives and commitments to its clients.
Main Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position are mainly:
Manage customer relations on a daily basis and deal with the customer's technical teams.
Conduct necessary investigations and provide advice and solutions to customer problems.
Proactive management of open customer issues assigned daily.
Provide support to meet the contractual obligations of the service.
Develop in-depth knowledge of customer activities, workflow and other procedures and document as necessary.
- The post holder could gradually be required to carry out other more development-oriented tasks in their field of activity.
Support Provision:
- European customers. Standard hours.
- Ability to work collaboratively with an extended team (Remote).
Required Skills
Technical knowledge:
- Databases: Oracle SQL Developer tool; PL/SQL; Good knowledge of main concepts. Be able to troubleshoot a stored procedure.
Professional knowledge:
- You need to be able to understand the customer workflow in order to be able to communicate with them in the event of a problem:
o Basic knowledge of the transfer agent profession
o Sp cificit s du workflow client.
Requirements
- A bachelor's or master's degree in finance or other relevant field.
- Good investigative and diagnostic skills; willingness to learn; proactive and good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in French and/or English.
