Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Track and report on support metrics and support team performance.
Track, Identify, and add qualified prospects to the sales pipeline.
Maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
Monitor deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
Preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management.
Managing the bid process through to closure Ensuring client issues are escalated to the relevant parties within the product working with designated partner organizations on specific opportunities.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business.
Executing sales activities (e.g., presentations) Negotiating and commercial management of designated Accounts.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals.
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders.
Track and report on the status of proposal components and provide relevant data and analysis to the PM.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or similar.
At least one year experience
Proficient in using MS applications, particularly Word & Excel & Power PI & Power Point.
Multi-task, problem-solve and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment.
Strong interpersonal communication & organizational & Presentation skills.
Very good in the English Language.
Previous experience in ERP .
Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.
