Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing agile development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment to build and maintain high-quality consumer applications.
  • Architect and design scalable, robust, and secure Laravel-based solutions, ensuring alignment with product vision and technical best practices.
  • Drive technical strategy and roadmap for consumer app development, making informed decisions that balance innovation, maintainability, and business goals.
  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, providing a solid foundation in software engineering principles.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role, demonstrating proven leadership capabilities.
  • Strong proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework, showcasing deep understanding and practical application.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), emphasizing a collaborative and iterative approach.
