Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive product training programs for internal teams, sales staff, and external partners, focusing on the features, benefits, and technical aspects of home appliances.

Create engaging training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules tailored to diverse audiences.

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure thorough understanding of product specifications and usage.

Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer service teams to stay updated on new product launches and enhancements.

Assess training needs and customize content to address knowledge gaps and maximize learning outcomes.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, implementing improvements as needed.

Serve as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to staff and partners regarding product inquiries.

Organize product demonstrations and hands-on workshops to reinforce practical application and troubleshooting skills.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in home appliances.

Prepare regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and overall program impact for management review.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, or Education.

5-7 years of experience in product training, technical training, or a related role within the home appliances or consumer electronics industry.

Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs for diverse audiences.

Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with both in-person and online training delivery methods.

Ability to translate complex technical information into clear, accessible content.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable.
