Job Summary:
The Production Supervisor is a key team member in our production department, responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing processes. This role involves managing production teams,
ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, coordinating with the projects department, and reporting on production progress. The Production Supervisor plays a critical role in maintaining efficiency and meeting production goals.
Responsibilities:
Finalize design simulations, costing for project, material request
Supervise and coordinate production team activities to meet production goals.
Update production calender and team alignment every day to discuss task ahead
Ensure compliance of production team with company attire, safety and quality standards.
Collaborate with the projects department to maintain efficient production schedules.
Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Reporting maintenance needs of machines promptly.
Manage and track raw material and finished goods inventory.
Coordinate with the procurement team (MR) to ensure timely availability of materials.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions for the production team.
Report on production progress to project holders and stakeholders.
Report NCR immediate and with honesty towards company processes and rules
Updating production calender and achieving targeted time line
Updating production team time attendance and tracking hours spent on projects.
Reporting the production team's progress and conducting performance appraisals.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficient in project estimation and costing.
Knowledgeable in TDS and AutoCAD.
Planning production and delegation team leaders with accountability of work done efficently
Familiarity with production equipment operations.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
