Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee production workflows to optimize efficiency and minimize waste, ensuring alignment with quality standards.
  • Analyze production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective measures to enhance operational performance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain to streamline production processes.
  • Develop and maintain production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products while balancing resource allocation and workload.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is essential.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in production planning and management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Professional certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly preferred to enhance process improvement skills.
  • Proven track record of successful project management and process optimization in a fast-paced production setting.
