Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed project schedules, work programs, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
- Coordinate with project managers, production, procurement, and site teams
- Analyze delays and propose recovery plans
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
- Ensure alignment of planning activities with project milestones
- Support resource planning and manpower allocation
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering
- Proven experience in Joinery / Fit-Out / Furniture industry planning
- Minimum relevant experience as a Planning Engineer
- Strong knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera preferred)
- Good coordination and reporting skills
- Ability to join immediately
- Minimum 2 years experience required
