Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and manage production schedules for steel poles, towers, and structural steel products
Align fabrication, manufacturing and dispatch schedules with sales orders and project timelines
Coordinate closely with engineering, procurement, galvanizing plant, and production teams
Plan raw material requirements (steel coils, plates, fasteners, etc.)
Monitor WIP, production progress, and on-time delivery performance
Optimize machine loading (cutting, bending, welding, straighting lines)
Analyze capacity planning and ensure efficient utilization of manpower and equipment
Track KPIs: OTIF, production efficiency, material availability, lead times
Implement planning improvements using ERP/MRP systems
Desired Candidate Profile
✅ Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Supply Chain
5–8 years of experience in production planning within steel fabrication / heavy manufacturing
Strong knowledge of ERP systems
Understanding of fabrication processes, hot-dip galvanizing, and structural steel manufacturing
Advanced Excel and analytical skills
Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
