Production Manager ACME INTRALOG FZCO

• Plan, organize, and manage mechanical production operations including fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, and mechanical testing

• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOMs to ensure accurate manufacturing and execution

• Allocate manpower, machinery, and resources effectively to meet production schedules and project deadlines

• Supervise workshop operations and ensure proper execution of all mechanical works

• Instruct, guide, monitor, and delegate work to the production team based on skills, workload, and project priorities

• Monitor team performance and ensure productivity, discipline, and accountability within the workshop

• Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, QA/QC, and Stores to resolve production and technical issues

• Oversee the usage, maintenance, and availability of mechanical machines, tools, and workshop equipment

• Ensure proper material usage and coordinate with stores for mechanical raw materials and components

• Ensure strict implementation and continuous monitoring of SAP production processes within mechanical production

• Ensure that no mechanical work is carried out without approved SAP production documentation, including production orders and related records

• Ensure all mechanical production activities are executed, tracked, and completed in SAP in accordance with approved procedures

• Monitor production KPIs, analyze variances, identify root causes, and report production performance to senior management

• Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency

• Ensure mechanical workmanship meets project specifications, quality standards, and industry best practices

• Train, coach, and develop mechanical technicians, welders, fitters, and fabricators

• Ensure safe working practices, housekeeping, and discipline within the mechanical workshop

Job Specifications (Requirements)

• Proven experience in mechanical production or manufacturing environments

• Strong technical knowledge of fabrication, machining, welding, fitting, and mechanical assembly

• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical specifications

• Hands-on experience managing workshop operations and mechanical teams

• Working knowledge of SAP production modules related to manufacturing execution

• Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and KPI monitoring

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Good communication, coordination, and reporting abilities
