Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet project timelines and output targets
- Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, bending, welding, machining, and assembly
- Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
- Ensure fabrication complies with approved drawings, specifications, and standards
- Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures
- Lead, train, and motivate supervisors, foremen, welders, and shop-floor workers
- Oversee preventive and breakdown maintenance of machines and equipment
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 8 12 years of experience in steel structure or sheet metal fabrication
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, fabrication techniques, and shop drawings
- Experience managing large shop-floor teams
- Good understanding of ISO standards and safety regulations
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
