Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Control the processing of manufacturing orders
- Monitor compliance with recipes
- Verify the conformity of raw materials before their introduction into the manufacturing process
- Validate the start-up of production machines and equipment
- Ensuring the smooth start of production and the availability of the means and resources necessary for the completion of the production program
- Organize and supervise the recovery of production losses (materials, energy, waste, etc.)
- Ensure quality control of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished products according to the applicable control protocols.
- Report product corrections in case of anomalies
- Check the packaging of the products
- Ensure that self-checks are carried out
- Confirm the transfer of products to the storage areas
- Managing your teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Two-year post-secondary degree in production management, agri-food
- Strong technical skills in industrial or agri-food production management
- Leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to unite teams
