Production Coordinator

Main mission:

• Ensure the operational coordination of production, support the field teams, supervise the daily activities of the workshops, and guarantee compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervision of production operations
• Daily monitoring of operations on production lines.
• Ensure the availability of teams and compliance with work procedures.
• Ensure the conformity of products with quality requirements.
• Quickly identify anomalies or stoppages and ensure their management in connection with the teams concerned.

Interdepartmental coordination:

• Ensure smooth communication between production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
• Report urgent needs for maintenance interventions or quality adjustments.
• Monitor the availability of materials and consumables in connection with supply.

Support for production teams:

• Supervise, support, and assist operators in their daily tasks.
• Contribute to the development of team skills (training in good practices, compliance with standards).
• Constantly raise awareness of hygiene, safety, and organizational rules.

Monitoring and reporting:

• Monitor performance indicators (yield, incidents, stoppages).
• Report difficulties encountered and actions taken.
• Participate in technical and operational meetings.

Continuous improvement:

• Propose areas for improvement to optimize the operation of the workshops.
• Participate in the reduction of non-conformities and the improvement of productivity.
• Contribute to the implementation of new methods or procedures.

• Training in industrial engineering, mechanics, production or a similar field.
• Proven experience in an industrial environment.
• Good knowledge of the operation of a production workshop.
• Ability to manage priorities, responsiveness, and practical sense.
• Relational qualities, field leadership, and team spirit.
• Rigour, autonomy, and sense of responsibility.
