Contract type: International (expatriate) assignment. Fixed-term, 28/28 rotational contract.
Language requirements: Fluent in English (upper-intermediate level)


At Eni, we are looking for a Production Coordinator within the Zubair Field Operating Division in Basra, Iraq. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating production operations - such as plant and production optimisation, well start-up operations and maintenance activities - across the field.


Your employment contract will be managed by Eni International Resources Ltd (EIRL).


Main responsibilities:

  • Coordinate field operations with all involved departments.
  • Provide production reports to the Field Manager.
  • Monitor and control production to meet assigned targets.
  • Monitor plant functionality and resolve technical issues.
  • Control field production and gather data from well areas and plants.
  • Coordinate the well start-up process and rig activities.


Skills and experience required:

  • Engineering or technical degree (preferred), or technical diploma.
  • Extensive experience in upstream operations within the oil and gas industry.
  • Relevant experience in directly coordinating operational activities.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
