Among your roles:

• Be a member of the risk management committee in accordance with the FCA Risk Management Manual.
• Participate in defining production needs (Organization, material, training, equipment).
• Participate in defining training needs and identifying qualified people in his/her charge.
• Ensure the execution of the daily and weekly production program. - Ensure the achievement of the department's objectives.
• Assist shift leaders and team leaders in their work.
• Plan daily meetings with them to monitor production.
• Participate in developing production strategies.
• Participate in developing files, reports and means of controlling indicators.
• Prepare status reports on production, quality and indices.
• Monitor product development (feasibility group) and the necessary capacity according to customer needs (capacity meeting) within the framework of multidisciplinary groups.

Your background :

• Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; Manufacturing;)
• 3 years minimum experience in a similar position in the automotive field
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Able to handle stressful situations
• Good verbal and written communication in English
