The Production Engineer Aluminum Tubes will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing production teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing processes. The role plays a critical part in meeting production targets, minimizing downtime, and driving continuous improvement across the factory floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage machine supervisors and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Coordinate with Quality, IPC, Warehouse, Maintenance, and HR teams to support production continuity
• Ensure quality objectives are achieved while improving productivity, reducing downtime, and optimizing costs
• Allocate tasks, monitor team performance, and implement corrective actions when required
• Work closely with engineering and shift teams to prioritize activities and resolve quality or downtime issues
• Plan and organize team training programs in coordination with the Production Manager
• Develop and enhance manufacturing methods, labor utilization standards, and cost analysis processes
• Plan production sequences and review schedules, orders, and manufacturing procedures
• Apply statistical and analytical methods to establish production standards and staffing requirements
• Estimate production costs and evaluate the impact of design or process changes
• Ensure timely delivery of finished products in line with the approved production plan
