Job description

As part of our manufacturing initiative, we re producing premium electrical products from charging cables and GaN chargers to TWS earbuds and power strips while creating real economic opportunities.

  • We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, drive efficiency, and uphold the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full production operations for consumer electronics including charging cables, GaN chargers, and TWS earbuds.
  • Plan and oversee assembly lines, cable extrusion, and precision soldering/micro-assembly processes.
  • Ensure proper setup and maintenance of machinery such as injection molding, ultrasonic welding, and PCB assembly equipment.
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to optimize throughput and reduce waste.
  • Guarantee compliance with ISO 9001, safety regulations, and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) protection standards.
  • Coordinate with Procurement, R&D, and Quality Control teams to maintain production timelines and quality benchmarks.
  • Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve output and quality targets.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyze production data, and report directly to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years experience managing production in electronics manufacturing, specifically in:
    Cable manufacturing (extrusion, braiding, termination, over molding).
  • TWS / small electronics assembly (surface mount, soldering, ultrasonic welding).
  • Strong understanding of connector assembly standards (USB-C, Lightning, audio connectors).
  • Experience with quality inspection tools (micrometers, continuity testers, high-voltage testers).
  • ERP system experience (Odoo preferred).
  • Leadership skills with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
