Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and optimize the production processes for home appliance manufacturing to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, quality assurance, and maintenance to resolve production issues and implement process improvements.
Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for cost reduction.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.
Support the introduction of new products into the production line by assisting with process setup and validation.
Conduct root cause analysis of production defects and implement corrective actions.
Train and mentor production staff on best practices and new technologies.
Prepare regular reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics for management review.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the home appliances industry.
Proven ability to optimize manufacturing processes and improve production efficiency.
Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and safety standards.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficiency in using production management software and tools.
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Willingness to work onsite in an office-based production setting.
