Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise daily production activities for HVAC ducts and dampers manufacturing lines.
- Ensure production plans are executed efficiently in line with delivery schedules and quality standards.
- Optimize manufacturing processes related to sheet metal fabrication, cutting, bending, forming, and assembly.
- Monitor production KPIs, material utilization, scrap rates, and productivity levels.
- Coordinate closely with design, planning, quality, and maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with HVAC standards, drawings, and specifications.
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support troubleshooting of production and technical issues on the shop floor.
- Enforce safety and 5S practices within the production area.
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in HVAC manufacturing, specifically in ducts and dampers production.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC ductwork systems, damper types, and fabrication processes.
- Hands-on experience with sheet metal manufacturing operations.
- Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical specifications.
- Proven experience supervising production teams in an industrial environment.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
