Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
- Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, quality assurance, and supply chain to achieve production targets.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance productivity and safety.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and coordinate timely repairs to minimize downtime.
- Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within the production area.
- Prepare and maintain detailed production reports, documenting key metrics and performance indicators.
- Support the introduction of new products and processes, coordinating trials and validation activities.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality standards.
- Experience with process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to flexible work schedules as required.
