Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Operate, monitor, and program CNC machines used in furniture manufacturing.

  • Prepare CNC programs based on technical drawings and production requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy in cutting, shaping, and finishing wooden components.
  • Troubleshoot CNC machine issues and perform basic maintenance.
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to execute production plans.
  • Review technical drawings and ensure proper material handling and cutting paths.
  • Monitor production lines and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Implement improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure safety procedures and production guidelines are always followed.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer in the Furniture industry.

  • Strong experience with CNC machines, programming, and operations.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing workflows and production processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Knowledge of production safety standards.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
