Roles & Responsibilities

Production Engineer
Plan, organize and supervise Production activities (grinding, sieving, separation, etc.) to ensure optimal production,
Optimize production parameters, including throughput, extraction rate, and semolina quality, while meeting production targets.
Ensure compliance with production deadlines and customer orders, ensuring effective management of priorities.
Collaborate with the quality control laboratory to validate the specifications of the products, in order to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO 9001, etc.).
Supervise and supervise production teams, ensuring their continuous training and the development of their skills.
Optimize the use of equipment and human resources to maximize production performance. By using production management tools (ERP, CMMS, etc.).
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards on the production site, guaranteeing a working environment that complies with the standards in force.
Write production reports detailing quantities produced, extraction rate, downtime.
Provide leadership and management of production teams, creating a collaborative environment and promoting the achievement of objectives.

Engineering diploma in agri-food, industrial, process or equivalent field.
Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position, ideally in the agri-food sector or in an industrial production environment.
My knowledge of production management tools, in particular ERP and CMMS.
In-depth knowledge of quality and safety standards (HACCP, ISO 9001, etc.).
Excellent team management and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze production data to identify ar.es for improvement,
Strong skills in problem solving and management of urgent situations in production. Control of industrial processes and production equipment (mills, mills).
Good communication and ability to write technical reports.
Rigour, autonomy and sense of organization.
Leadership and ability to motivate and coach a team. Proactivity in identifying the axes of improvement in production. Ability to work under pressure while respecting deadlines and product quality.
Experience in team management and optimization of production processes.
Experience in the use of ERP and CMMS tools is highly desired.
