Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing daily production processes to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing operations to maintain high standards of quality and productivity.
- Collaborate with design and quality assurance teams to ensure products meet client specifications and company standards.
- Support the customization of furniture pieces based on client requirements, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies within the production area.
- Participate in the implementation of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials.
- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and equipment maintenance.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, preferably in furniture or related industries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Office and production management software.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, open-office environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
