Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Supervise production lines and ensure daily targets are met
- Develop and improve production processes (lean manufacturing preferred)
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and design departments
- Monitor material usage and reduce production waste
- Prepare production reports, KPIs, and workflow documentation
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company standards
Production Engineering:
- 1 4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of production planning and process optimization
- Good English communication skills
- Ability to lead teams and manage shop-floor activities
