Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Develop and implement production plans and schedules.

Monitor production processes, identify issues, and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Train, support, and manage production staff.

Maintain and improve product quality standards.

Drive process improvements to boost efficiency and reduce costs.

Ensure timely delivery of finished products.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in manufacturing or production engineering/management.
  • Demonstrated ability in process improvement and quality control.
  • Former experience in seeds & herbs processing is a plus.
  • Experience in the food or beverage industry is an advantage.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking.
